How long does it take to prepare orders?
We process orders within 1-2 business days from our warehouse.
How long will it take to get my orders?
After dispatch, the estimated delivery time generally taking 4 to 8 business days.
How can I track the progress of my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your order in real-time and view the estimated delivery date.
Is it possible to modify or cancel my order once it's been confirmed?
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to make any modifications. We kindly recommend placing a new order and reaching out to our customer service at contact@dogandpaws.com.
